Our team also builds, tests, and repairs custom electrical control panels and enclosures. We provide a hands-on environment where technicians work with a wide variety of electrical equipment and control systems while developing strong troubleshooting and technical skills. Work with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters, contactors, motor controls, and related equipment. Diagnose electrical and controls issues using meters and testing equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Perform equipment commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency service work. Troubleshoot facility systems and power monitoring equipment. Build, wire, test, and repair custom electrical control panels and enclosures. Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions. Work alongside engineering and project teams on installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Complete service reports documenting work performed and recommendations. Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment and service needs.
