We are looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher or Pre-K Teacher to join our team and help young children build the skills, confidence, and curiosity they need for kindergarten and beyond. As a Preschool or Pre-K Teacher, you'll use Goddard's research-based curriculum to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that support children's academic, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development. What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers. Plan and implement age-appropriate, hands-on learning experiences. Support early literacy, early math, science, STEAM, social-emotional development, and critical thinking. Use play, exploration, and inquiry to encourage children's natural curiosity. Observe and support each child's individual growth and development. Encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving, and a lifelong love of learning. Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment. Communicate professionally and consistently with families and your teaching team. Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education. Previous preschool, pre-K, childcare, or early childhood education experience is preferred.
