What you'll do Build forecasts and budgets, and explain variances in plain language Analyze profitability and performance, then recommend what to do about it Prepare reporting and analysis for senior leadership Partner with operations and accounting on the numbers behind major decisions Improve the models and reports you inherit What you bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3 to 4 years in audit at a Big 4 or regional firm, or in financial analysis at a large company CPA preferred for candidates coming from public accounting Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets The ability to explain numbers to people who don't live in them About Itasca and being on-site If you live in the western or northwest suburbs, this could be the shortest commute of your career.
