Role Description The Account Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN. This position is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our great retail partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting products at our special pricing, and closing exciting deals every week. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Proficiency in customer service and communication, with the ability to present products and negotiate effectively with retail buyers. Comfort with basic business software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email). Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up promptly, and meet sales goals. Ability to work collaboratively with sales management and our leadership team in a fast-paced wholesale environment. Previous experience selling consumer goods to brick N mortar retailers is a plus. 5 plus years in sales experience.
