— Help homebuyers finance new homes and townhomes by evaluating financial profiles, educating applicants on mortgage options, and guiding loans through processing and underwriting. You’ll collaborate with sales, construction, and corporate teams to deliver a smooth, personalized homebuying experience. Key Responsibilities Assess applicants’ financial situations and determine appropriate loan pathways. Explain mortgage products clearly and support informed decision-making. Collect, review, and manage required documentation for loan submissions. Coordinate and guide loans through processing and underwriting. Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations. Partner with internal teams to align financing with the homebuying process. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of residential lending. Excellent communication and customer-focused service. Detail-oriented document management and organized loan file handling. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Mortgage loan originator licensing and NMLS registration as applicable.
