# Customer Solutions Agent Sr.

RoShay Services

Role: Customer Solution Representative Responsibilities: Handle escalated customer and regulatory inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication of progress. Track issues, document activities, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and regulators, providing updates and managing expectations. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Manage multiple problems simultaneously, demonstrating problem-solving skills and proactive issue management. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, knowledge of banking products and systems, analytical skills to identify trends and solutions, strong interpersonal abilities to work with management and difficult customers. Ability to manage multiple issues efficiently. Experience & Education: 2-3 years in bank product service or operations, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in customer communication and problem resolution. Key Attributes: Collaboration, humility, commitment to service excellence, and continuous improvement mindset.
