Senior Financial Analyst A highly respected organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role partnering directly with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, forecasting, modeling, and business performance initiatives. They offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including: Two annual bonuses totaling $18,000–$22,000 100% 401(k) match up to 4% Additional employer-funded retirement plan contributing 10% of salary quarterly Employer covers 85%–90% of medical benefit premiums 23 days of PTO + 9 paid holidays Up to $9,000 per year in academic assistance 6 weeks of paid parental leave after one year of service Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages and presentations Lead and support the annual budgeting process Develop forecasts and predictive financial models to guide strategic decision-making Provide data-driven recommendations that influence business outcomes Identify and implement process improvements, including automation of financial models Conduct ad hoc financial and performance analysis Support M&A initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience Experience building and maintaining predictive financial models Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis) Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
