Pozisyon Özeti Phenome Longevity, klinik bünyesinde verilecek hizmetler kapsamında hasta değerlendirmesi yürütecek, klinik bulguları tıbbi genetik ve laboratuvar verileriyle birlikte yorumlayabilen, İngilizce iletişim yetkinliğine sahip bir Pratisyen Hekim aramaktadır. Temel Sorumluluklar • Hasta muayenesi, anamnez alımı ve klinik ön değerlendirme süreçlerini yürütmek • Biyokimya, hormon ve temel laboratuvar sonuçlarını klinik bulgularla birlikte değerlendirmek • Klinik bünyesinde verilecek hizmetler kapsamındaki bulguları yorumlayarak hastayı ilgili uzmana yönlendirmek • Hasta dosyalarını eksiksiz ve güncel şekilde tutmak; klinik dokümantasyon standartlarına uymak • Multidisipliner ekiple (hemşire, uzman hekimler, genomik danışman) koordineli hasta takip süreçleri yürütmek • Acil durum değerlendirmesi yapmak ve gerektiğinde ileri tetkik/uzmanlık yönlendirmesi sağlamak • Hasta bilgilendirme ve informed consent süreçlerini yürütmek • Uluslararası hastalarla İngilizce iletişim kurmak Aranan Nitelikler Eğitim • Tıp Fakültesi mezunu Deneyim • En az 3 yıl aktif klinik pratisyen hekimlik deneyimi Teknik Yetkinlikler • Temel laboratuvar ve biyokimya sonuçlarını yorumlama yetkinliği • Klinik bilgi sistemleri (HIS/EMR) kullanımı • İleri düzey İngilizce (sözlü ve yazılı iletişim) Klinik ve İletişim Yetkinlikleri • Hasta ile net, güven verici iletişim kurabilme • Multidisipliner ekip içinde etkili koordinasyon ve yönlendirme becerisi • Yüksek beklentili hasta profiliyle profesyonel iletişim disiplini Tercih Sebepleri • Longevity kliniği veya premium sağlık kuruluşu deneyimi • Koruyucu sağlık veya fonksiyonel tıp alanına ilgi/temel bilgi Uyum • Geçerli Tıp Diploması ve Sağlık Bakanlığı kaydı • General Practitioner Pratisyen Hekim Location: Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Experience: 3+ years About Us Phenome Longevity is an innovative health technology brand focused on health, quality of life, and longevity. Role Summary Phenome Longevity is looking for a General Practitioner to conduct patient assessments within the scope of services delivered by the clinic, capable of interpreting clinical findings alongside medical genetics and laboratory data, with strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Conduct patient examinations, history-taking, and clinical pre-assessment processes • Evaluate biochemistry, hormone, and core laboratory results alongside clinical findings • Interpret findings within the scope of the clinic's services and refer patients to the relevant specialist • Maintain complete and up-to-date patient records; comply with clinical documentation standards • Coordinate patient follow-up with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, specialist physicians, genomics consultant) • Conduct emergency assessments and refer patients for further testing or specialist care when needed • Manage patient information and informed consent processes • Communicate with international patients in English Required Qualifications Education • Medical degree Experience • Minimum 3 years of active clinical experience as a general practitioner Technical Knowledge • Ability to interpret core laboratory and biochemistry results • Proficiency with clinical information systems (HIS/EMR) • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) Clinical & Communication Competencies • Ability to communicate clearly and reassuringly with patients • Effective coordination and referral skills within a multidisciplinary team • Professional communication discipline with a discerning patient profile Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a longevity clinic or premium healthcare organization • Interest in or foundational knowledge of preventive health or functional medicine Compliance • Valid Medical Diploma and Ministry of Health registration This job was verified from LinkedIn Jobs Türkiye.
