We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise-level analytics initiatives through data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that support informed decision-making. Automate reporting processes and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Communicate findings effectively through presentations, reports, and visual storytelling. Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Strong expertise in data analysis, performance measurement, and insight generation. Hands-on experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Programming experience with Python and/or R for data manipulation, automation, and analysis. Experience with digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics or comparable platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Preferred Skills Advanced data visualization and storytelling capabilities. Experience designing scalable reporting and automation solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
