If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with great people, navigating challenges, and finding a way to get things done — this might be your next move. 🔨 What You’ll Do As a Project Manager , you’ll oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment. You’ll partner closely with Superintendents, trade partners, clients, and leadership to deliver successful projects that exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Manage large construction projects Managing schedules, budgets, cost controls, and project financials Leading subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administration Coordinating RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Supporting field operations and promoting a strong safety culture Facilitating OAC meetings, weekly reporting, and project communications Driving project closeout, lessons learned, and client satisfaction ✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent commercial construction experience) 3–5+ years of experience in commercial, healthcare, retail, or industrial construction Strong working knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and cost control Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Software Experience Procore (preferred) Oracle Primavera Scheduling Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Bluebeam BuildOps Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Procore Project Management Oracle Primavera LEED Accreditation or PMP (a plus) ⭐ What Sets You Apart You take initiative and ownership — no one has to ask twice You communicate early, often, and transparently You adapt quickly and thrive when challenges arise You’re committed to continuous learning and professional growth You lead with respect and represent the company with pride 💙 Why MAPP Maintenance?
