Clinic Manager (Hospitality or Health Tourism Background)

We would like to grow our team with a team member who is aligned with our vision and passion. Our clinic is located in Teşvikiye, Nişantaşı. Clinic Manager is responsible for the patient journey in the clinic to ensure the best patient experience in collaboration with the sales and dental teams. Our Expectations: Supervising the patient through in-and-out of clinic experience Organizing patient schedule in Istanbul including transfers, hotel bookings and clinic appointments. Supporting the communication between the dentists and the patients. Ensuring the treatment plans/offers created by the sales team is correctly applied. Creating orders for dental lab production. Follow up treatment processes to be aligned with clinic standards. Follow up patient experience at post-treatment phase. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or health tourism industry. Fluency in English and Turkish is a must. Excellent communication and organization skills Passionate, street-smart and solution oriented.
