You’ll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the property, including key areas of responsibility like fiscal management, compliance, facilities, risk management, and resident relations.  Responsibilities:  Schedule income verification appointments, process lease agreements, and manage housing waitlists  Assist with re-certifications, welfare exemption documents, Management and Occupancy (MOR), and Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) reviews  Issue notices, coordinate unit vacancies, and monitor turnover forms  Support rent collection, handle security deposits, and manage petty cash and bank deposits  Conduct property inspections and report maintenance and security concerns  Coordinate maintenance inspections and ensure timely processing of work orders  Maintain confidential resident and property files  Facilitate emergency preparedness communication and organize resident meetings  Qualifications:   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
