Registered Nurse - Days

Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Evanston Hospital/Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: Varying shifts Monday • Friday, no weekends or holidays Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for oncology patients on a designated unit Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure (required) Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's preferred Current CPR certification (required) Minimum 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center; ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred Benefits include: Performance-based incentives and premium pay Career development pathways Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and wellness plans Tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holiday pay Retirement options with company match and other wellness benefits
