Human Resources Executive

Location: Istanbul (European Side) Work Model: On-site Asır Group is a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple product categories and leading brands, delivering high-quality service to its clients since 2011. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Human Resources Executive who is eager to develop a career in HR and make an impact across various Human Resources functions. What You'll Do As a member of our HR team, you will take an active role in a wide range of Human Resources activities, including: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions Sourcing and engaging top talent through different recruitment channels Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers Assisting in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees Planning and executing employee engagement activities, workshops, and internal events Supporting internal communication projects and HR initiatives Coordinating performance management processes, including performance review cycles, goal tracking and employee feedback Supporting employer branding initiatives and university relations Contributing to HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement projects Providing operational support across different HR functions whenever needed Helping create a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic record Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people Proactive, energetic, and eager to take ownership Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions Exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR operations A collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented working environment Opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement The chance to make a real impact in a rapidly growing international company A modern and comfortable office environment Shuttle services covering most areas of Istanbul Delicious breakfasts and lunches prepared by our in-house chef If you're passionate about people, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a meaningful career in Human Resources, we'd love to hear from you!
