Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager Should Have Experience managing construction projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and coordinate tasks. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
