# Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Construction Site Controller – Site Civil Engineer for our client operating in industrial production of FMCG, in Bursa . Role is contract based and will last until end of 2027. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ site experience in industrial construction, plant projects, or large-scale facility developments. Demonstrated experience in food/chemistry/pharmacy industry capital projects and facility construction is highly advantageous. Experience in contractor supervision, quality control, site inspections, NCR management, and permit-to-work systems. Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2. Willingness to support critical site activities during off-hours and weekends when required. Resident or can reside in Bursa (accommodation is NOT provided) Key Responsibilities Provide independent third-party supervision of civil construction works within industrial investment, modernization, and expansion projects. Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, safety requirements, and permit-to-work procedures. Review engineering documentation including drawings, shop drawings, method statements, technical specifications, and contractor submissions. Monitor contractor performance, site progress, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare site inspection and progress reports while coordinating effectively with project management, contractors, quality, and SHE teams.
