International Sales Specialist

Since 2018 , Smile Hair Clinic continues its operations in a 7-story, stylishly designed, high-tech clinic building in the financial district of Istanbul, where more than 150 trained personnel work. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. Every team member at Smile is well-trained and tested according to the True™ Philosophy success criteria. We are looking for an "International Sales Specialist" to join our growing team. What to Expect in This Role Communicating with potential patients via phone and written channels. Providing clear, accurate information regarding our hair transplant services. Analyzing patient needs to deliver tailored solutions. Diligent end-to-end follow-up from the initial contact through to closing. Contributing to individual and team sales targets. Completing logs, records, and reports related to calls and sales on time. Delivering a strong, trust-building patient experience. What We Are Looking For Minimum of an Associate Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in sales or call center operations. Prior experience in health tourism, hair transplantation, or aesthetics is highly preferred. Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in Turkish plus at least one of the following languages: English, French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian (bilingual capability in two of these languages is a strong plus). Strong active listening skills with a problem-solving mindset. High motivation driven by target-oriented work environments. Ability to adapt to shift work schedules and a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications. We don't expect you to know everything from day one. However, we value strong communication skills, exceptional follow-up ability, openness to learning, and a firm belief that sales is about providing the right solution to the right need-not just persuasion.
