As an Office Assistant, you will take ownership of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for our office and ensure smooth coordination across all departments. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the right contacts Register and track incoming invoices Provide office guests with a hospitable experience Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, visas) Coordinate office service providers (cleaning, stationery, etc.) Support HR processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, assisting with recruitment activities),, Assist the Sales team when needed Provide backup support for other office assistants when required Qualifications University degree (preferably in Social Sciences) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Intermediate level of English Previous experience in office/administrative support (min 2-3 years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work 🔹 What You Can Expect At tesa, we create adhesive solutions that improve the work, products, and lives of our customers.
