To support the organization's strategic objectives by leading workforce planning, organizational design, job evaluation, and people analytics processes. The role ensures that the organization has the optimal workforce structure to achieve current and future business goals while maintaining organizational effectiveness, productivity, and cost efficiency. Reports To: Country HR Director Key Responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end HR technology projects, covering business requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, release management, go-live, and post-implementation support. Serve as the key interface between Human Resources, Information Technology, business stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure successful project delivery. Translate business needs and requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable technology solutions. Oversee and continuously enhance HR applications across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning, Career Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Experience. Manage integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and a seamless employee experience. Develop and maintain people analytics reports and contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of HR dashboards. Provide HR functions with relevant workforce data, analysis, and actionable insights to support informed business and people decisions. Support the integration and evolution of HR dashboards, promoting a data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization. Monitor key HR metrics and workforce trends, identifying insights and opportunities to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes. Coordinate the HR department budgeting process and provide regular reporting on HR Budget vs. Actuals, including variance analysis and insights for management decision-making. Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), change management activities, user training, and production releases to support effective system adoption. Contribute to and drive the organization’s Digital HR roadmap by leveraging automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and employee experience. Establish and maintain high standards of HR data governance, system integrity, security, and compliance, ensuring reliable system operations and high-quality HR data. Monitor emerging HR technology and people analytics developments and proactively identify and recommend innovative solutions aligned with the organization’s Digital HR strategy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 6 years of experience in HR technology and/or people analytics, preferably within an HR organization, with strong experience in business analysis, HR systems implementation, application support, and analytics. Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning, Career & Succession Management, and Employee Experience. Solid understanding of HR data, people analytics, workforce reporting, HR KPIs, and the ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights. Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA. Proven experience in business analysis, process optimization, HR technology implementation, enterprise system integration, HR reporting, and analytics projects. Experience working with technology vendors and effectively partnering with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational organizations is preferred. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and influencing capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
