Senior Programmer Analyst

As a Senior Programmer Analyst, you will thrive on solving complex problems and building software that matters. This isn't about cranking out code in isolation — you'll be working as part of a Scrum team to understand user needs, design elegant solutions to real-world challenges, and mentor other developers as they tackle tough technical problems. You will own entire systems from concept to deployment, raise the technical bar across the team, and serve as a go-to resource for support staff and fellow engineers.    This position does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants requiring sponsorship or temporary work authorization, including OPT or CPT, are not eligible for this position  The individual in this role is expected to work at least 3 days per week in our West Des Moines office.
