Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical Orthopedics) Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for pre- and post-operative orthopedic patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, high-quality outcomes. Key Duties Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and recovery progress; communicate changes promptly Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards Support post-operative recovery, pain management, and patient education Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality protocols Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse licensure Strong clinical judgment in medical-surgical and orthopedic care Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy Ability to deliver compassionate care and manage multiple priorities Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices
