# Junior Systems Analyst, WMS

• It’s no different here at Hot Topic. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Analyst to help support and maintain our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related warehouse applications. In this role, you will assist with system testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and day-to-day maintenance to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with senior analysts, warehouse operations teams, and IT partners to help coordinate system updates, support new functionality, and validate changes through structured testing. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates clearly, collaborates well with others, and builds strong working relationships across teams to help deliver effective solutions that support warehouse and distribution operations.

This role can be based in the Nashville, TN or Riverside, CA offices. Minimum 3 days a week onsite up to 5 days per week.
