Parts Functional Consultant

Parts Functional Consultant About the Role We are looking for a Parts Functional Consultant to join our R&D team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our FIT-Parts product. You will work closely with customers, functional consultants, and development teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and turn them into sustainable and reusable product solutions. What You'll Do Analyze customer requirements and internal development requests for FIT-Parts Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and functional specifications Prepare test scenarios and perform functional testing Work closely with the ABAP development team and follow up on development activities Evaluate customer-specific requirements and identify opportunities for reusable and sustainable product features Contribute to the product backlog by analyzing customer feedback and business needs Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and review meetings Support keeping FIT-Parts product documentation up to date Contribute to product compatibility activities within SAP S/4HANA and Private Cloud transitions What We're Looking For Strong functional understanding of SAP processes Experience with SAP MM Experience with SAP S/4HANA Ability to analyze requirements and design effective solutions Experience preparing test scenarios and conducting functional tests Sufficient technical awareness to work effectively with development teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Product-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Good written and verbal English skills Nice to Have Experience with SAP Add-on products Knowledge of spare parts management processes, including parts catalog management, inventory and availability tracking, pricing, order fulfillment, procurement, returns, and end-to-end spare parts lifecycle management Experience with integration processes between MM and SD Familiarity with SAP Private Cloud processes Experience using Jira or similar backlog management tools Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in SAP add-on product development The opportunity to develop your functional consulting skills with a product-focused perspective Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Private Cloud compatibility topics Active involvement in Agile product development processes The opportunity to transform real customer needs into standard and sustainable product functionalities Collaboration with both functional and technical teams in an international environment Apply now and join FIT Global!
