Job Description Cardiovascular OR Registered Nurse (CVOR) – Day Shift INTEGRIS Heart Hospital | Oklahoma City, OK Full-Time | Day Shift | Four 10-Hour Shifts | Call Required Sign-On Bonus up to $15,000 for Eligible Candidates Join the CVOR team at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital and provide perioperative care for patients undergoing advanced cardiothoracic and vascular procedures, including heart and lung transplants . Collaborate with cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, anesthesia providers, perfusionists, surgical technologists, and other members of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES The Cardiovascular OR Registered Nurse provides and coordinates perioperative nursing care by: Assessing and reassessing patients. Developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care. Circulating cardiothoracic and vascular surgical procedures. Coordinating care with the multidisciplinary surgical team. Supervising and coordinating licensed and non-licensed personnel as assigned. Providing guidance and mentorship to team members and students, as appropriate. Maintaining patient safety and established perioperative standards. The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Qualifications Required Qualifications Hold a current Oklahoma RN license or a current multistate RN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state. Obtain BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Maintain additional certifications and competencies required for assigned service-line skills. Participate in the CVOR call rotation.
