# Customer Service Representative

The role involves providing professional, empathetic customer service by handling high volumes of inbound calls and efficiently resolving inquiries through multiple systems and databases. Responsibilities include assisting with order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing issues, credits, and returns . The candidate will use critical thinking to independently solve problems with available resources. Qualifications And Skills At least 1+ year of customer service experience Experience in high-volume inbound call centers is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience with CRM systems and SAP is a plus Key Duties: managing customer interactions, navigating multiple systems, and resolving issues independently.
