Job Description Performing receptionist duties, handling incoming calls and other communication Welcoming office guests and job candidates, and managing visitor arrivals with hospitality Monitoring the office, including the reception area, kitchen, meeting rooms, and bathrooms, to ensure the office is always presentable Managing mail by distributing incoming mail/packages and coordinating outgoing mail/packages Creating a list with the names of the junior traders and making sure they are punctual Assisting with conference room scheduling and setup for team meetings Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues Maintaining trusting relationships with management and colleagues Delivering proactive, organized support to the office and the team Qualifications: Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced, high growth company Excellent problem-solving skills Detail oriented, organized, helpful and resourceful Fluent in English Outstanding computer skills What we offer: Attractive remuneration Holiday allowances Central location Great working environment Full support from management for personal development If this role of interest to you, please send us your resume and motivational letter stating why you would be a good candidate for this position.
