Vero Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Scottish business in Aberdeenshire to appoint an FP&A Manager. Role can be handled fully remotely from anywhere in Scotland, or hybrid with one to two days per week in office. This is a highly visible, hands-on finance role within a progressive, values-led organisation, offering genuine influence across commercial decision-making and the opportunity to shape financial insight during a period of sustained growth. The opportunity: Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FP&A Manager will take ownership of management information, costings, and financial insight across the business. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, helping to drive better commercial decisions and operational efficiency. This is a strategic and data-led role that supports both domestic and international growth, ensuring leadership teams have the insight they need to steer performance and investment decisions effectively. Key responsibilities: Preparation, analysis, and control of management information across multiple revenue streams Partner with business leaders to review P&Ls, interpret margins, and provide meaningful commercial insight Develop and deliver monthly management reporting packs and KPI dashboards Budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance standards are maintained Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and finance processes Provide financial input into projects, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions Work collaboratively across sites and functions to improve efficiency and decision-making Who we’re looking to attract: Strong analytical thinker with sound commercial judgement Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, and business partnering Strong systems capability (D365 and Power BI advantageous) Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously Strong values around integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement Why this role: High-visibility finance position with real influence Opportunity to shape financial insight in a growing, ambitious business Exposure to multiple revenue streams and strategic growth activity Stable, values-led organisation with a modern, forward-thinking culture To find out more, please contact Andrew Ferguson at Vero Recruitment on andrew@verorecruitment.com, or apply in confidence using the link below.
