At Venus, we’re looking for bold engineers and innovators who want to make history and redefine the future of propulsion.   The Role: Implementation Lead The Implementation Lead serves as the operational bridge implementing core customer and operational programs with inter-department handoffs. Ensures seamless transition from contract award to delivery, maintaining momentum and clarity throughout implementation. Serve as primary point of contact for all post-contract customer delivery needs. Translates customer vision and sales cycle commitments into a sustainable, well‑managed program of record. For non-customer programs, develops plans and implements programs aligned to defined operational needs.
