Identity and Access Authority Management Senior Security Engineer (PAM)

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including hands-on architecture and engineering responsibilities Strong experience in IAM and IGA technologies, including identity lifecycle management, access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification processes Experience designing and integrating authentication and authorization solutions such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and ABAC Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, REST APIs, web services, and standard authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos Experience with IAM platforms such as Centrify,Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager Ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available IAM architectures Experience preparing RFPs, conducting PoCs, performing technical evaluations, and supporting technology procurement processes Strong knowledge of security architecture, regulatory requirements, audit processes, and access governance controls Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and reporting skills Ability to provide technical leadership and communicate business requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in English sufficient to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders, vendors, and business partners What You’ll Do Design and maintain the enterprise IAM architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and product roadmap Lead the implementation and integration of IAM/IGA solutions with applications, directories, databases, cloud platforms, and infrastructure systems Define identity lifecycle, access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and access certification processes Design authentication and authorization models using SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust principles Translate business, security, audit, and regulatory requirements into sustainable IAM solutions Conduct architectural and technical assessments for new applications and determine appropriate IAM integration methods Work closely with security architecture, infrastructure, application, compliance, audit, and project teams Provide technical leadership and guidance to IAM engineering and operational teams Monitor audit and security findings, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation activities Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of IAM platforms and integrations Support incident, problem, change, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk-management processes Research emerging IAM technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization Prepare and maintain architecture documents, technical designs, procedures, standards, processes, and operational instructions Manage vendor relationships and contribute to RFP, PoC, technical evaluation, licensing, and procurement activities Ensure that IAM services and end-user requests are handled within agreed SLA targets Why Intertech At Intertech, we are trying to make sure that you work free of worries with the benefits we offer; 📔 Continuous learning and development opportunities by working with experts and training facilities via Inter Academy, 💫 Opportunity to work in international projects, 🚀 Opportunity to work with new & trend technologies, 🕛 Flexible working hours (08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00), 🎆 Recreation space: Gym, PlayStation, pinball, table tennis, basketball court, coffee shop & cafe, resting rooms. 👕 No dress code. 🎉 Birthday Leave 💬 Language Allowance 🏢 6 Different Hub Offices (Bilişim Vadisi/İstanbul, Kurtköy Teknopark/İstanbul, Bilkent CYBERPARK/Ankara, DEPARK/İzmir, Bursa/Teknopark, Esentepe Denizbank Genel Müdürlük) Our technology and innovative products have been recognized by the many prestigious national and international awards since 1987.
