# Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Peachtree City, GA Reports To : Customer Service Manager Tingue is a leading global supplier of high-quality commercial laundry products and dedicated services. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Answers customers’ questions regarding product or service and operations.
• Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, nature of products and services.
• Communicates with customers/salesmen by phone or email to ensure the best possible service.
• Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services.
• Investigates and corrects errors.
• Refers complaints of product or service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service.
• Takes care of and settles customer complaints and special orders.
• Processes vendor invoicing, order entry, credits, contracts, and recurring billing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to work independently on multiple threads of work, possess strong analytical skills and be highly organized, excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary.
• Must have a strong customer focus and be self-motivated.
• Able to perform data analysis using Microsoft Office suite, previous experience with SAP Business One or comparable ERP preferred.
• Background in manufacturing, customer service, records accuracy required.
• Customer service experience of 1 year (Required).
• 1 year experience in sales is desired but not required.
• Previous experience with international dealings is a plus.
• Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 20 pounds.
