Senior Property Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role offers great benefits, a hybrid work schedule, and a strong PTO package. The position pays up to $95,000 plus a bonus. Perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of Residential properties. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Complete month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Record and analyze tenant lease activity, including rent commencements, terminations, and amendments. Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and operating expense analyses. Support special projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of property accounting experience. Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
