# Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field construction, subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule execution for multifamily projects. Requirements: 4+ years of multifamily, commercial, or residential construction experience Strong subcontractor and field operations management MEP coordination and open-wall sequencing experience Ability to read construction drawings and specifications OSHA safety knowledge Procore experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
