Registered Nurse (Telemetry) Provide high-quality acute care for adult patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in a fast-paced telemetry setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient status Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in condition Administer medications and manage complex telemetry patients safely Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on care needs and monitoring Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure Strong assessment skills and ability to interpret telemetry/cardiac rhythms Medication administration expertise and clinical judgment in acute care Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary partners Patient-focused approach and ability to educate patients and families Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
