Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Full-Time)

Role Overview This position provides direct and indirect patient care in various clinical settings. It involves collaborating with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include performing accurate patient assessments, administering medications, delivering age-appropriate care, and developing individualized teaching plans, involving family as needed. Additional duties encompass assisting with procedures, addressing psychosocial needs, and promoting safety and cost-effective practices. The role requires critical thinking, compassionate care, and lifelong learning to ensure high-quality patient services. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire Computer literacy Ability to perform treatments and communicate effectively with teams and patients Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS for specialized care
