Dynamic HR is looking for a Recruiter based in Istanbul, working in a hybrid model, on behalf of one of its international clients operating in the technology, digital platforms, and entertainment industry. The Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers and HR team members in a fast-paced, international environment. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Communicate effectively with candidates in both English and Turkish . Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports. Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities. Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. Provide on-site support for interviews and other recruitment-related activities when required. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition . Fluency in English and Turkish , both written and spoken. English proficiency is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in technology, digital platforms, social media, digital entertainment, media, gaming, broadcasting, or similar fast-paced industries is preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic environment.
