Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance (IT) Are you looking to impact critical initiatives for a Fortune 100 company? Are you someone that is passionate about helping a business grow? Technology is embedded in all aspects of our business and is a crucial component to the continued success of TJX. You will be a key contributor to the finance organization by supporting the Global IT Organization, partnering directly with senior leadership, and delivering critical analyses & reports that help get results. Responsibilities: As part of a Global Finance team, help develop the IT Annual Plan and Rolling Plan Forecasts pertaining to IT operations for the entire company Partner with both IT Management as well as Divisional Finance Departments to identify any budgetary risks and opportunities; highlight key messages to relevant partners Build and maintain complex financial models to support the budgeting process and various ad-hoc analyses; find opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions for efficiency gains Work collaboratively with IT Finance teammates to contribute to the development of the long range strategic plan Provide ad-hoc analyses and present them to IT and Finance Senior Management Prepare monthly and year-to-date management reports, analysis and feedback on financial performance and key performance measures; present findings to Senior Management Requirements: 3+ years of FP&A / budgeting experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field Ability to manage multiple projects within a deadline driven environment Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and a desire to motivate change Ability to work independently and make decisions Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience presenting to senior management Experience working with individuals outside of Finance preferred but not required Aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills We care about our culture, but we also prioritize your needs! This position has a starting salary range of $85,600 to $109,200 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
