This leader will oversee an FP&amp;A team while&nbsp;remaining&nbsp;highly engaged in financial modeling, board reporting, and cross-functional business&nbsp;partnership.&nbsp; This is an ideal opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys building processes, influencing strategy, and&nbsp;operating&nbsp;in a high-growth environment where finance plays&nbsp;a central role&nbsp;in shaping business decisions.&nbsp;NuvemRx&nbsp;is backed by a private equity sponsor with&nbsp;high standards&nbsp;for financial performance and value creation, so this leader will also be&nbsp;closely engaged&nbsp;with our ownership group on growth initiatives and long-term value creation.&nbsp; What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do&nbsp; Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to shape the company's long-range financial strategy, lead annual budgeting and forecasting, and support Board reporting and materials.&nbsp; Serve as the finance partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, HR, Technology, and Professional Services, translating financial results into actionable insights and evaluating key business investments.&nbsp; Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards/KPIs that measure financial and operational performance.&nbsp; Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;complex financial models spanning revenue forecasting, SaaS metrics, professional services profitability, pharmacy operations, customer profitability, workforce planning, and cash flow, proactively&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;business risks and opportunities.&nbsp; Establish scalable FP&amp;A processes and financial governance, drive automation of reporting and planning systems, and partner with&nbsp;Accounting&nbsp;to ensure consistent,&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;reporting.&nbsp; Lead, coach, and develop a small FP&amp;A team while building financial literacy across the broader organization.&nbsp; What You Bring&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.&nbsp; 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&amp;A leadership and experience supporting executive leadership and Boards.&nbsp; Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a growing organization, with&nbsp;demonstrated&nbsp;success leading and developing finance teams.&nbsp; Healthcare technology, healthcare services, pharmacy, or SaaS experience, ideally within a private equity-backed company.&nbsp; Experience supporting acquisitions and post-merger&nbsp;integration, and&nbsp;implementing or&nbsp;optimizing&nbsp;FP&amp;A systems.&nbsp; Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with&nbsp;strong&nbsp;understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, professional&nbsp;services&nbsp;economics, and healthcare operations.&nbsp; Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences and influence senior leaders.&nbsp; Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including developing executive dashboards and performance metrics.&nbsp; Who Thrives in This Role&nbsp; Think strategically while executing operationally.&nbsp; Challenge assumptions with data.&nbsp; Build strong cross-functional partnerships.&nbsp; Communicate with transparency and influence.&nbsp; Lead through change and ambiguity.&nbsp; Develop talent and foster continuous improvement.&nbsp; Balance financial discipline with growth-oriented thinking.&nbsp; Benefits&nbsp; Remote-first&nbsp;work environment&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive compensation&nbsp; Flexible PTO&nbsp; Medical, dental, vision&nbsp; 401(k) with match&nbsp; Life and disability coverage&nbsp; Employee Assistance Program&nbsp; Mission-driven team&nbsp; Compensation&nbsp; The expected base salary for this role is $220,000–$260,000. This range may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.&nbsp; NuvemRx&nbsp;complies with&nbsp;applicable pay transparency laws.
