Warehouse Associate

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.Responsibilities: • Assist in the process of loading and unloading materials for all market jobs. • Manage the inventory process alongside the Operations Manager. • Organize the warehouse based on periodic business needs. • Process, package and ship orders accurately • Organize stocks and maintain inventory • Inspect products for defects and damages • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately • Check, verify and fill customer invoices • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures    Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • A valid driver's license • Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite • Previous warehouse experience • Ability to handle heavy items as needed • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a team player • Ability to maintain a positive, energetic attitude • Good time management and organization skills   Compensation and benefits: • Full-time position • Monday through Friday, Day Shift • Competitive hourly pay of $17-19/hourly  • 401K plan w/ company match percentage • Medical, vision, dental, and supplemental life insurance • PTO • vacation, sick, and holiday pay • Student loan reimbursement program, and more!Hourly Rate$17—$19 USD DISCLAIMER:  The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this classification.  It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.     SMS terms: Windows, LLC offers you the option to engage in SMS text conversations about your job application.
