Account Executive

On-site • Çiğli, İzmir Egedeniz Textile is Turkey's first organic-certified textile company and a fourth-generation knitted fabric and garment manufacturer based in İzmir, exporting sustainable textiles to six continents. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Marketing & sales/ customer relations team. What we're looking for Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant in the textile/apparel industry Fluent English, both written and spoken — daily communication with international customers Strong command of MS Office and comfort with digital tools Preferably experience with an ERP system (caniasERP, SAP, EDS or similar) Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and effective cross-department communication Responsibilities End-to-end management of assigned international accounts, from order confirmation to shipment Coordination with production, planning and quality teams throughout sampling, production and delivery Daily correspondence with customers; handling quotations and order approvals Keeping order and process data up to date in the ERP system Communicating customer requirements accurately and on time to the relevant departments.
