Role Description Multi-line Sales Agents are needed in multiple markets in the western U.S. doing business in the hospitality and other related segments. The Multi-line Sales Agent will be responsible for representing OW Hospitality to create new sales opportunities with designers, purchasing groups, hotel brands, and other commercial clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as design, operations, and project management to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and strong client satisfaction. Our sales agent teams are also essential in monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and provide regular sales reporting and forecasts. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities. Candidates should possess high-quality customer service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and client retention. Candidates should possess proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and multi-line product representation. Candidates should possess training capabilities, including the ability to educate clients and partners on product features, and specifications. Candidates will ideally represent other complementary and non-competing product categories. Candidates with experience in hospitality, textiles, flooring, or related interiors industries is beneficial. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets and accounts simultaneously.
