Resident Assistant/CNA/NAR, Assisted Living

Walker Methodist Place seeks Resident Assistants to provide hands-on personal care to meet each resident’s physical health and hygiene needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse. Part-time: 3:00 to 11:00 pm and 5:00 to 10:30 pm. On-call shifts are also available. All schedules include working every other weekend. Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in healthcare environment, specifically medication administration and vital signs Current MN Nursing Assistant certification preferred Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems Ability to work independently to meet individual client needs Ability to live Walker Methodists Customer Service Principles Ability to embrace Walker Methodists Mission: Life.
