MANAGEMENT ANALYST
U.S. Marine Corps
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the VICE PRESIDENT FOR BUSINESS AFFAIRS of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
You will provide oversight, advice, and support for the agency's civilian personnel management, payroll, special projects and studies, civilian awards, and a variety of other organizational administrative matters.
You will advise and assists management in achieving sound organizational structures and understanding the key role civilians play in the organization.
You will advise managers in preparation Of position descriptions (PDs) and ensures PDs are optimized for classification purposes to recruit and retain the best qualified individuals.
You will conduct, review, and analyze on a variety of personnel management programs, and advises on their practical application.
You will coordinate and defend the office position on proposed civilian manpower actions, taking into consideration mission needs, job requirements, workload and supervisory responsibilities.
You will assist in the coordination Of functional realignments, ensuring flattened organizational hierarchy.
You will plan, conduct, implement and participate in complicated and comprehensive analytical studies of organizational Structures, proposed reorganizations or realignment of civilian functions, staffing level changes.
You will research, analyze, develop, write and coordinate command policy dealing with organizational resource functions.
You will develop civilian personnel policies and procedures to initiate changes required by the change in program operations.
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing complex information, using computer applications to evaluate data, preparing reports and recommendations, communicating findings, and delivering accurate, timely work products. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing information, using computer applications to organize and analyze data, preparing reports and recommendations, communicating findings, and delivering accurate work products on time.
