International Capital Markets Executive

As BtcTurk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., we offer a next-generation investment platform through the BtcTurk | Hisse mobile application, enabling users to trade easily and efficiently in domestic and international capital markets. Bringing BtcTurk’s technological leadership and financial expertise in the cryptocurrency space to traditional investment instruments, the platform aims to provide investors with a fully digital and user-centric experience. We are looking for a International Capital Markets Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities: Assume commercial ownership of the international markets product line; set, monitor and report to management on revenue, trading volume, active client and profitability targets. Build and execute the product roadmap; prepare the business case for new markets, instruments and services (foreign equities, ETFs, etc.) and coordinate their launch. Design the pricing and cost structure — including commissions, spreads and FX conversion revenue — and optimise it in line with competitive and margin analysis. Manage commercial relationships with global brokers, liquidity providers and custodians; conduct partnership, contract and fee negotiations. Design growth initiatives together with Marketing in line with client acquisition, activation and retention targets; carry out client segmentation and competitive positioning. Ensure cross-functional coordination with the Operations, Technology, Treasury, Legal and Compliance units. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experiencein capital markets, investment products, brokerage, fintech, or a related financial services environment. Bachelor’s degreein Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of international investment products, particularlyforeign equities and ETFs. Experience inproduct management, commercial strategy, pricing, business development, or a similar role. Experience working withglobal brokers, liquidity providers, custodians, or other international financial institutions is a strong plus. Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to manage and interpretrevenue, profitability, trading volume, and client metrics.
