Role Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will lead the coordination of care, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and educate patients and families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team and implementing solutions to meet patient goals. What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. • Health care provider certification (BCLS). • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans. • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. • Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
