# Patient Care Coordinator

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.

Role Overview: The Patient Care Coordinator is the primary contact for patients, providing exceptional support and building trusted relationships within a workers’ compensation pharmacy setting. Reporting to the Manager of Patient Experience, they collaborate with patients and pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients Respond professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests Resolve issues proactively, delivering excellent customer service Document interactions and account details accurately and promptly Communicate claim updates and stay current on policies and procedures Serve as the main point of contact for all claim-related communications Qualifications And Skills 3+ years of customer service experience in roles like call centers, account management, or hospitality Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multitasking High attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation Adaptability to changing priorities Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Additional Details: The role involves full-time hours with varying shifts, including rotating Saturdays.
