What kind of person is this team looking for? • Minimum bachelor’s degree, • At least 6 years of banking experience in a similar position, • Credit, finance and market analysis skills, • Leadership experience in a relevant position, • Good command of English, What will be your responsibilities in this position? • To determine and ensure the implementation of marketing targets and strategies for consumer and vehicle loans to be extended by the Bank through non-branch channels, • Creating a general strategy for non-branch channel products differentiated according to customer needs and segments, defining the target audience, providing marketing and field sales support to the relevant units to achieve the set targets and strategies, • Monitoring channel-based target realizations for consumer and vehicle loans and creating action plans, • Managing campaigns for non-branch channel products and making visits to branches, sales offices and booths when necessary to evaluate campaign targets on the spot for follow-up, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of products for dealers and ensuring that remedial campaigns are requested and organized accordingly, • Identifying application needs for consumer and vehicle dealer channels on both system and product basis, ensuring that necessary system development requests are made and following up on projects, • Conducting negotiations with vehicle dealers, brand companies and companies with dealership networks, • To make the necessary preparations for the development and presentation of new products and campaigns to customers, to prepare the economic analysis and marketing plan of the product and campaign, • Preparation of presentations and reports related to its area of responsibility for the Executive, Board of Directors, ALCO and Strategy committees upon request.
