Software Design Engineer (QT, C++)

Job Desc. Developing and testing critical software for defense projects according to the captured requirements. Integration and bug fixing of the designed software on land systems and/or weapon systems. Algorithm design for safety critical systems. Preparation of related engineering documentation Working in coordination with other teams Working in multidisciplinary environment Qualifications: B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputable university 0-5 years of experience in automotive or defense industry Expertise in C and C++ Expertise in Object Oriented Programming Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and algorithms Development experience with Qt and QML Experience in developing linux based embedded software Knowledge of communication protocols (RS232, RS485, RS422, CAN-Bus, TCP/IP, UDP) Experience in software development life cycle Knowledge of software testing methods, test driven development and unit testing Networking and network-aware software development experience is a plus Experience in Embedded Linux Kernel Drivers & Build Support Package(BSP) is a plus Experience in MATLAB and Simulink is a plus Knowledge of Python is a plus Experience with video streaming frameworks such as GStreamer and FFmpeg is a plus Experience with data distribution / publish-subscribe middleware is a plus
