Project Manager (Multifamily +100M) - Miami

Specialized in Multifamily, Hospitality, Affordable Housing, High-End Mixed Use, Mid • High Rises over 100M. Located in Miami with focus in Dade • Broward Counties. Responsibilities Reports to Project Executive / VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process. Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process. Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document Control. Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. Responsible for all pay applications and change orders, etc. Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. South Miami • Multifamily +100M Homestead • Multifamily +80M Qualifications B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 8-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily, Mixed Use, Multilevel Ground Up projects. Over 50M. To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market. Organized, team management, passionate and communication skil ls are also crucial to the success of the role . Procore, Bluebeam , or similar software's are important.
