Role Overview As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your expertise will directly support patients in need of lactation consultation or wound care, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. What You Will Do Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS). Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred. Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital is a 277-bed facility offering advanced specialty care spanning cardiology, oncology, neuroscience, orthopedics, women’s services, and more, including treatment at its comprehensive stroke center and Level II trauma center. The hospital provides leading-edge treatments and technologies to address the diverse healthcare needs of the local community! Nursing Unit 5 C/D This department consists of two nursing units: a 17-bed unit and a 15-bed unit. You will care for a diverse orthopedic, trauma, and surgical patient population in a collaborative, fast- paced, patient-centered environment. Anticipated Patient Population: Orthopedic joint replacement patients (hip, knee, and shoulder replacements) Trauma patients General surgery patients Urological surgery patients Henry Ford Health partners with millions of people on their health journey, across Michigan and around the world.
