Order Selector

Role Overview: Responsible for completing customer orders by selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping pallets. The position may require operating powered industrial equipment and working in dry, cooled, or frozen environments. Key Duties Locate, lift, and handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery products using order sheets or audio headsets. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including equipment inspections. Report damaged, low-stock, or quality issues. Use proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety during transport. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is preferred. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Capable of working safely in multi-temperature areas. Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Exposure to moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and humidity. Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, with physical endurance to handle warehouse demands.
